Your craving meat because of the fungus, parasites, and yeast inside you
wanting to be fed. Get on some herbs to fight parasites. To help yourself
why not make cooked vegan for the family. Your kids and family should not
be eating meat or dairy either.

closertogod says:

I love meat, too! I’m so with you. I’m a vegan for my health, too. So
you’re not alone!

rachel scott says:

Try substituting meat for beans

TanjaEubanks says:

I am so glad to find this video! I am also 40 and am now on day 6 of being
raw vegan. I’ll have to check out your other vids <3

plant protein says:

cashews are not good for digestion. being high carb low to lower fat is
the best.

Jester123ish says:

Sounds like you need to focus more on starches (rice, potatoes, corn,
legumes etc) to give you enough energy and calories without resorting to
sugars and fats.

bmlsb says:

Genesis 1:29-30King James Version (KJV)

29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is
upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit
of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to
every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have
given every green herb for meat: and it was so.

Bhusan Bhele says:

It would be a shame if you did not bulk up when other people are able to
lose weight so easily using Xylphlike Fat Loss (go google it).

keep on keeping up says:

You are making it harder because you are cooking stuff you don’t want to
eat.

MegaRevealer says:

At last, I found someone who just gives an honest review of her
experiences. I am so tired of the ‘health expert’ wannabes directing you to
their website to buy some shit download book of their ‘expert’ advice.
Thanks for making these videos. Wishing you all the health and beauty in
this world.

@RawFoodHousewife You need to immediately stop consuming table salt!! Buy
himilayan salt, it’s really great for you b/c it contains the matrix of
minerals that req’d to offset the sodium. Google it, it’s fantastic. Check
out the reviews on Amazon.com for ‘blood pressure tea’, this tea has helped
loads of people. You need to drink as much water as possible! This is often
very overlooked, check out Dr. Batmanghelidj’s books on water. Eat only raw
honey, not cooked! SO important!!

Where are the other posts?

soulfoodify says:

it is sports and solving problems in life eating healthy and drinking
bittermelon juice that fights the high bloodpressure–from where did it
come? From a certain pressure in life? We know it ourselfs and we have to
overcome falling into wrong habits or old solutions. I am sure that
bloodpressure is also a phsychical issue–and of course an aterial problem
–my grandmother fought it within slimming in -1 to 2 years and drinking a
lots of teas and cured it with herbs–I also go for it

MamaOkie says:

@RawFoodHousewife Thanks for being real! I am right there with you.

thewaterfalloflove says:

I would be surprised if eating meat is related to diabetes. I would say
more likely breads, refined sugars, etc. cause it. To say you’re vegan to
cure diabetes is a bit of a contradiction because you can be vegan and
still eat the things that cause diabetes and many vegans do eat junk food.
You have to do what is right for your spirit but I truly believe meat in
moderation does more benefit for health than harm.

Ella Stern says:

Hi Jennifer – weighed myself during my visit to CA and am a round 250 lbs.
This for a former model and dancer is more than physically painful and
eating is the only pleasure…or so I used to tell myself. I love the idea
of a raw diet but can’t quite manage it. I eat healthy but eat enough for a
family of 4. I will give it another try when i get home. It is summer time,
the garden will provide a good basis and I only have to worry about.

Jennifer Manson says:

Sorry guys, fell off the tractor for awhile.. but… I’m baaaack.. .Follow
me on my journey.. I will be posting every week!! Looking forward to
sharing my raw journey with you all..

Beth Valentina Moore says:

YOU MUST SOAK NUTS AND SEEDS 🙂

soulfoodify says:

I thought the same: woah are nuts and vegs expensive. And #i could not
easily volonteer to get vegs for free. But I decided to leave certain foods
and allowed to buy nuts and all the extras instead so the amount is most
likely the same. Big plus: freezing few stuff is possible.

ragweed1217 says:

@RawFoodHousewife .Suggestion.Leave the salt alone.

Jennifer Manson says:

YES!! I am craving meat, I love meat, and I dearly miss it. I am sticking
to this because of my health, but I am not really having fun right now. I
am feeling, foggy still, and speeded up at the same time. Such a strange
feeling. I am going to give the zucchini pasta another try next week I
think. Right now, the thought of it and the sauce make me instantly feel
sick. I am hopeful and excited about my diet, I just miss a few things
right now, and everyone around me is still eating “Standard”.

justsomedude777 says:

avoid all proteins in my opinion while detoxing.

Von Meyer Jewery says:

I feel the same way you do I noticed doing raw you have to eat way more
since the cal intake is so low

A Bartholomew says:

@RawFoodHousewife Also, have you looked into hypthyroidism? This is a
problem for many, many Americans, particularly for those who are
overweight. Check it out! You can buy herbs by Gaia on Amazon.com for this
issue. Just heard your remark on drinking 1 gallon a day, great job! 🙂

GrandObelisk says:

I’ve heard about people getting sick from detoxing too fast. Your body has
all those toxins in it and is storing it, but when you detox really fast
all of those toxins get released into your system to get rid of them which
could have over whelmed your body.

mpfordgchild07 says:

How are you doing now? I’m glad you are sharing your journey with us. I’m
on the same journey for the same issues with you…dara dubinet and Dan the
liferegenerator have been great inspiration…check them out, if you
haven’t.

Jennifer Manson says:

The biggest thing for me right now is my high blood pressure. It is still
high. I want to know when this will break. My diabetes is non-existent. I
mean my blood sugar has not gotten any higher than 151 and that was 1 hour
after I ate 3 bananas covered in raw honey and chopped raw peanuts! It was
amazing and reminded me of a banana split!! So do you have any experience
or advice for the HBP??

SherLynn40 says:

LOL The pee is because of all of the water in the fruits and veggies.
That’s a good thing!!!

RamFan4u says:

I also agree with RosalindaPearls, it’s supposed to be one small avocado a
day.

starfaery says:

Are u getting enough “whole” proteins? You just combine any two seeds nuts,
and grains everyday, exept soy, and oats…..(my english, isn’t so good)
Also make sure you get enough b12 everyday. Sometimes your body just needs
to adjust, before it gets better.
