Sugar overload can happen to animals too.If a horse eats too much spring grass ,the high fructose content can cause a painful and extremely serious condition called laminitis and can damage the liver ,my pony was very prone to this condition and her grass intake in spring had to be restricted.Makes sense that too much fructose has a detrimental effect on humans too.

Thanks Yuri! for having consideration for those of us with hypoglycemia. There's so many vegans (especially 80/10/10 folks) who push the mega fruit binging. If I have even one banana in the morning I will be back in bed in 40min from the blood sugar crash. Juicing has always given me low blood sugar…unless maybe if I do it at night after a protein meal. Do you suppose those folks eating so much fruit(like that 30 bananas a day guy) will develop a fatty liver from the fructose?

yuri.   you are a blessing;   youtube is FULL of misinformation but it does contain SOME gems of info.   you were not biased,  full of TRUE info,  and even your grammar was pretty good*.   i was so impressed  i subscribed and more important i disabled all my add blocking i (almost NEVER do that)  2 tell you how much i appreciate you.   
* i say pretty good b/c i LOVE linguistics -i find errors in EVERYBODY'S grammar in english & spanish.  only thing i noticed was "awesomeness & anyways"  if that's all i noticed your grammar is nearly impeccable.

The fibers in blender smoothies and vegetables in general are better than those found in grains. Actually many diseases come from the bad type of fibers. The good thing about vegetable fibre is that good bacteria feed of these fibers and produce very specific nutrients that help aid in a strong colon, so people with chrohn's desease should blend instead of juice, but you are right, if the damage has been done, juicing comes in handy as a first aid.
