Making changes and improvements in our lives can be a step-by-step process, and we know that having support along the journey helped us greatly. We have been through it all – confusion over mixed information, emotional eating struggles, digestive issues – and we have come out of our journey with personal, real, heartfelt experience to share, as well as certifications in raw food nutrition science.

Our Rawthenticity enLIVEn Facebook group consists of live interactive weekly videos, where we excitedly invite your participation and interaction. We love connecting with other like-minded people and having a space to inspire and encourage one another everyday. Some may describe this as a form of life coaching and/or health coaching that is easily accessible and readily available to you. We are here for you to support this wonderful change you are making in your life and to guide you through the process!

Example topics that we cover:

– What to eat: recipes, kitchen tips, creative and simple ways to include more raw foods
– How to stay raw: tips to stay motivated, positive, and committed to a healthy lifestyle
– What you need to know: nutrition information, meal planning, and grocery shopping guidance
– How to overcome challenges: tools to develop self-love and overcome emotions that may block us
– What we recommend for success: tips to stay true to ourselves and move forward with confidence

Aside from the topics listed above, we love answering any additional, and perhaps more personal questions that you may have.

Email us at if you have any questions. You are also welcome to join our FREE Rawthenticity Community on Facebook ( to learn more about us and what we do.

Veng Light says:

Ten bananas for a smoothie???? That's sooo many! I also love thick smoothies, have you considered substituting 9 of those bananas with oatmeal, since it's very high in protein and complex carbohydrates.

Mindee Congdon says:

What about ideas for healthy substitutions for our bad cravings. Ex. Craving chocolate, maybe you need __.

Mindee Congdon says:

Do you recommend fruit breakfast, fruit lunch & salad for dinner? Also, what are some good raw dressings?

Amelia Gerlach says:

I have also experienced the spiral of, starting with steamed veggies, then from there, wanting cooked lentils, then rice, etc. Staying all raw keeps me on track for some reason. I try to blend a whole head of lettuce in my smoothie in the morning, to get it in. Then, I have a big salad split between lunch and dinner. During this challenge, I would love to see some fat-free salad dressings that don't include nightshades. Thanks! Love you two!

Robyn McCarthy says:

I love the way you each look at the other when the other is speaking. You definitely complement each other. Great video! Eat your greens!!!

Karolina Lisowski says:

Hi Nicole and Lori, I love this video – fantastic, informative and motivational!! 😊❤️ As a fellow low fat raw vegan, your videos resonate so much with me 😊 Please make more of these types of vids and especially 'what I eat in a day' videos more often! Love you both, xo 😘❤️
