It’s Mike Chang and welcome to sixpackshortcuts. Today I am with my friend Drew Canole and we are going to tell you how you can get ripped by juicing. Tips like this can help you get one step closer to the ripped body of your dreams.

But before we get into it, a quick note…

your total inflammation is going down or up. Reminiscent of TOXINS anyone?

What about fibre? When you juice all this fruit and veg don’t you lose all
of the skin and hard tissue which contains most of the fibre and nutrients?
From one of your previous videos mike, you tell us how fruit juice is bad
because it doesn’t contain any fibre because of the lack of skin and pulp
used. So isn’t this doing the exact same? In which case it really won’t
help with digestion…? Any answers welcome.

mitochondria hahaha!! Just bc you use BIG word doesn’t mean you are
correct. Sometime people DO know their science and point out the BS!…
Like now!!… Inflammation, WBC, has to with immunity, like when you get
sick. Where mitochondria is involved in energy production for metabolism.

I have a question — is there any real difference between men’s and
women’s vitamin’s ?
I compared the labels and I think iron is the only difference if a man
took women’s vitamin’s would there be any difference such as they dint

another question I have a friend who eats nothing but egg whites tuna and
chicken and protein powder – tons of it he refuses to eat anything else I
tell him how incredibly unhealthy this is and you can even get protein
poisoning . Nowadays he even cut out all fruits as he won’t eat sugar
anymore and he hates veggies however looks great but he is always sick ,
always catching a cold he puts his vanity above anything else .. how
unhealthy is eating nothing but protein and could a simple change like an
apple a day make a difference ?? I would appreciate what you think !

Blender is greater than juicing.. you need those water soluble fiber to
make your cleanse better and clean your colon effectively and also keeping
your insulin stable! Plus a blender is cheaper!

Hi, I did my own little research and from what I found is that juicing is
not as healthy as you think. I found out that blending , for example a
nutribullet blends the fruit and vegetables and actually leaves all the
fiber there while juicing you don’t get the fiber. Can someone who is more
educated on this topic care to explain this more to me ?
