Also knows as Lemonade Diet, written by Stanley Burroughs, I highly suggest to read the book and consult your doctor before doing this cleanse.

The purpose of this Cleanse is to simplify the cause and the correction of all disorders, regardless of the name or names.

Because dissolves and eliminates many types of fatty issues, fat melts in rate of 2 pounds approx. a day the results may varies in each person.

This cleanse are recommended to do it for a minimum of 10 days up to 40 days.

RECIPE

2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 Tbs. Maple Syrup B
1/10 Tsp. Cayenne pepper
8 oz. Water room temperature.

Drink from six to twelve glasses of the lemonade daily during the waking period. As you get hungry just have another glass of lemonade. NO OTHER FOOD SHOULD BE TAKEN DURING THE FULL PERIOD OF THE DIET.
