1. SALT WATER FLUSH – show old video of chugging the master cleanse
Here’s the thing… I personally like to chug it quick. So I get a small cup/container and to do it fast, rather than dragging and prolonging the process. Now—this may not be the best option for you, as some people throw up. Also, Himalayan sea salt is not as salty, so that can also be a way to cope with the SWF. You can also, sip and chase it regular water.

2. THE MIX – show the big chug on the counter
I like to make big batches and depending on were I’m going I am able to sort out how much I would need for the day. Then when I get home I drink the rest. It maybe very tough if you have a physically demanding job…and honestly I really don’t advise the master cleanse under strenous circumstances.

3. DO DRINK IT ALL AT ONCE – show yourself drinking the last of the cleanse and show drinking a full one. (like the full got chugged)
Lastly, please don’t drink your portion all at once. I do the sip, sip, but it takes time to really estimate how much to sip throughout the day. So when you really feel hungry just sip a little and see how your body reacts. Drink tons a water also, this will not only keep you hydrated but let you prolong the amount of lemonade you have on hand.

Remember why you did this for and keep watching videos or reading blogs about everyone’s day to day struggle and success with the master cleanse you are on. Remember also, that you have to be in the right mind frame to deal with this demanding cleanse.

5. TRY IT AT HOME / ON YOUR DAYS OFF show yourself all happy and then holding your stomach and running and looking nervous
Everyone’s body reacts differently, so I believe it to be a good idea stay home and see what happens. Specially with the salt water flush and especially with the tea. Which leads me to
the next suggestion which is….passing gas (do not do it) Please go the bathroom (oh brother)

I’ve never read the actual book but I’ve done this master cleanse so many times,that I have a pretty good idea of how to manage a master cleanse. If you are going to do this for the long run, see what your elimination process and I think maybe not doing the salt water flush or tea would be best to do everyday. But then again, are you or are you not eliminating ? And as always…please, consult with your doctor and pay attention how your body reacts…only you know yourself to take care. And know that this cleanse just may not be your thing but something else can ? Always research and do your due diligence to keep yourself safe.
