What a load of rubbish. The kale was shredded, no juice was extracted.. In your demonstration you should have made specific fruit cocktails not a load of dung in a single large jar.. Vegetables are added to these juices as a source of fibre, hence high fibre vegetables are very low on juice. High water content, such as cucumber, celery and carrots to mention a few are much better.. u notice how on both video he never shows how dry the pulp is, also the juice turned dark quickly shows how its loosing vital oxidants.
