Question to anyone: Is there a way to make the headaches go away during

Hi Alyssa, A little bit of raw goats dairy in a largely plant based diet,
especially with lots of raw salad isn’t terrible, but I tend to see people
do significantly better with no dairy at all.

friend last week and my skin cleared up so much. i used to eat so much
dairy products. is it possible to see an effect after just one week?

Hi Kat, It depends on the brand. Some are highly processed. Some are
simple. I think there is a good coconut yogurt on the market. There are
also recipes all over the internet on how to make your own raw vegan yogurt.

trying to lose weight and substituting junk for that. I’ll stop and grab
real fruit instead.

You’re getting probiotics, but then you’re also getting all the other stuff
that will upset your tummy even WORSE! You can take probiotic supplements
by themselves.
