I completely changed my diet to being fully raw vegan (no animal products, meat, dairy, or anything cooked above 118 degrees Fahrenheit) for a full week, and it was both incredibly difficult as well as eye-opening. P.S. Make sure to turn on my post notifications because I’m in JAPAN this week and releasing some SUPER SICK VIDEOS!! 😜 Huge thanks to Sun Cafe for guiding me through this journey! CORRECTION: In the video I mention that Sun Cafe is a raw vegan restaurant. While several menu items are raw vegan, the restaurant also serves cooked vegan foods. πŸ™‚

YOU GUYS! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR 400K! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. For everyone who's new here after my "Why I Left BuzzFeed" video, I promise that more high quality insane content like that is on the way – just not sustainable for me to keep doing fight scenes / literal movie magic every single week ahahaha. I'm currently training for and prepping for the next big one which is gonna blow your minds! In the meantime I hope you guys enjoy these fun adventures I'm on continually pushing myself to the limit. I'm also currently in JAPAN so let me know if you want me to do anything over here! I'm taking requests for insane adventures 😜

RAE-Mischel Thompson-Cooper says:

The server was probably more annoyed because there may not have been an 86 cheese button so they'd have to go explain your order to the kitchen, be yelled at as though they had suggested it to you, monitor your food closely so that it actually comes out the way you ordered it while still paying equal attention to their other tables… than because of judgement on your diet.

Marina Toral says:

I highly appreciate that you made an effort to give a fair chance to raw veganism, and that you were honest about your thoughts. Congratulations and thank you πŸ™‚

chloe spence says:

Pls make more vegan vids I'm vegan and I really appreciate you coming into this with an open mindπŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›

Meow Glab says:

You should film yourself reacting to films about veganism! I mean, films that are the reasons why people go vegan. You should watch "Cowspiracy" for the environmental aspect, "What the Health" for the health aspect, and then if you are brave enough… "Earthlings" for the ethical aspect. But be warned, Earthlings is very hard to watch.

Meow Glab says:

I think you should do a normal vegan (not raw) challenge for a month.

Meow Glab says:

4:47 thank you for understanding that it sucks to be the only vegan in a group of friends, because they all judge you. And people say vegans are the judgey ones? Lol, no.

Meow Glab says:

Omg RAW VEGAN? Vegan's easy, but RAWWW!!!??? AHHHHHH I would have died.

Lauren Beckerle says:

Those recipes all look really tasty! Seems, like you said at the end, that it takes time/being organized to meal prep. Maybe I'll give it a try.

Super Nova says:

I don't normally comment these type of things but I feel that I would love to be your friend in real life you're so cute! Lol did you lose weight in a week?

Autumn Gwinn says:

I have been vegan since 2012. I feel the best I have ever felt in my life. It's so easy. πŸ˜€

eazevedo says:

The problem with most raw vegan people is the bullshit science behind it. If you want to be raw vegan because you enjoy the lifestyle and it makes you feel good, just do it. But don't justify it based on weak, questionable, wrong scientific arguments.

calista stiles says:

when this popped up in my feed I was unsure of how it would represent veganism and how your attitude would be towards the diet but it was so refreshingly true how you started off think it would be a nightmare week for yourself and by the end you had evolved to be intrigued by the temporary lifestyle change and we're talking highly about it. This is an amazing video and I really hope it encourages others to incorporate more vegan foods into their diet or to fully go vegan πŸ™‚

Bec M. says:

I think you should try stiletto nails. You're such a practical girl I can't see you being able to deal with long fake nails, but I think it would be entertaining (for us..).

Maggie J says:

As someone who this past winter got diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder called eosinophilic esophagitis, and can no longer have products/foods with eggs or dairy whatsoever, this makes me so happy seeing her succeed with the diet and hearing her thoughts. I'm definitely going to look into these recipes, this is really exciting for me, thank you for making this video. My life living with egg/dairy allergies has become…interesting, so much preparation is needed anytime I go anywhere for fear I won't be able to eat away from home. And it really does feel so lonely, having such limited options for food allergies and feeling singled out from a group when it comes to food. Many times I just have to make the choice to eat something without fully knowing if it will affect me or not, and while my condition isn't life threatening, the level of sickness it brings can be a quiet hell. I'm so proud seeing someone willingly try this diet, and while I'm definitely not a raw vegan, there were so many moments in this video I could relate to. It gets hard sometimes. I myself could never become a vegan, it's enough avoiding what I already have to, but wow. Great job Love. This video has really made my night. πŸ™‚

Olivia H says:

vegans and vegetarians actually get plenty of protein from their plant-based diet. plants have plenty of protein by themselves. ask any vegan or vegetarian if they get enough protein and they'll roll their eyes.

Carly Farrell says:

This was amazing thank you for being so positive towards veganism even though you're a regular meat eater!! Thank you so much!! ❀️❀️

Milkywater aesthetic says:

I'm a meat eater but I've gone vegan for a week (kind of I had two pieces of bacon) I dont know if I feel better because I typically eat healthy but I do have a higher respect for vegans. I think I'll try this sometime this summer

Ann Watson says:

im already vegan but i might give raw a try now that ive seen this!

SΓ³maisoutra revoltada says:

vegan community appreciates that!! We really feel amazing when people get out of their comfort zone to try something different, and just trying not to be skeptical! this just made my day

Kate B says:

I love love love how you're truly open to the idea of veganism and being raw. I know on buzzfeed a lot of their 'vegan' videos are very biased and anti-vegan. Love the content!

cuquita blanco says:

do 16/8 fasting!

younailedit says:

apple sauce isn't raw:P

Jean David Yeah says:

Try the paleo diet next

WhiteDraqon says:

'Veganism' is not a diet πŸ™‚

Christian Pinargote says:

Damn, thinking about it, even pasta has eggs in it

Hazel Tropix says:

I love being raw vegan, and I feel amazing and will never go back.

Valen Kay Rivera says:
