did your body took time to adapt? I've been following your diet for a week and i actually gain 1.5kg. I have to say that i really feel full and energized and it prevents me from snacking but the results got me concerned.

Just a friendly tip, eating too few calories will slow your metabolism and hinder weight loss, 1100 calories is not enough for an adult :)
